- Daily organizational breakfast beginning at 8:00 a.m., lunch , and snacks is suggested, for participants AND spectators!

Sept 2010- Clinic in Nebraska

Hi Tina!

Just wanted to say thanks sooo much for coming to Nebraska to put on that clinic! I learned so much and it was fun to learn some techniques that you use. In the near future, I would LOVE to have the opportunity to come ride with you at your ranch, I really respect the way you train horses and it would be awesome to come down and get more saddle time!

I had Frankie, the bay. We have been letting him rest the last couple weeks due to his injury from getting over exerted at the clinic. He has a inflamed stifle and just letting him relax, going to hop on this weekend and see how he feels. With your advice, I started him on Adequan & Legend to help with his joints and muscles in the future. Did you make it up to the Iowa futurity last weekend? We were out of town so didn’t get to go.

June 19 and 20, 2010 at Kat Zelnios place near Moline, Il. It was put together by Dace and Mary Matin, Mary Kay Steyskal, and Kat helped out, and also donated the use of her facilities for the weekend. There were 10 riders plus spectators. It was very quickly sold out just through "word of mouth". We had a wonderful group of people, had a fantastic time and learned a LOT! We incorporated the use of a video camera- and that turned out to be of enormous benefit!

As I thought back to my old show mare, Delitas Good Version (the dam of the gelding I rode this weekend), she had a lot of this kind of softness/suppleness that we achieved this weekend, and it really does make a lot of the difference. Since it’s raining, once again, here today, and I’m exhausted (as I’m sure you are!) – I plan on reviewing the clinic series DVD’s tonight that I have, and the new Got Game DVD that I purchased yesterday. I so enjoyed being a spectator at your Nebraska clinic, even though business commitments caused me to see Day Two of the first two day clinic, then Day One of the second. Not to matter! Both days were filled with terrific information. Your presentation was clear, concise, and made sense to the rider. Applying your techniques will greater increase positive communication between me and my horse, an essential part of any good working relationship.

Our 2009 Clinic was a great success!
It's going to be an exciting clinic with a lot of learning, combined with fun games, and lots of prizes. If you're going to be a spectator, it sure would Clinic

help us a lot if you could let us know you are coming. We have two Gift Certificates from Vetline which has lot of horsey everything, and a brand new store, right across from Sergeants. Two GCs from Dennards in Whitesboro, TX, and they also carry everything in their new horsey store. We have a GC, and some other goodies from D&L Feed Supply, and they carry a little of everything, and are right down from Sargents, and Vetline, and across from Paul Taylors. We will have a special made one-of-a-kind necklace donated from CowgirlOriginals.com by Kay Neubauer from Texas. She made Tina's necklace, and earrings for the Masters when Tina rode "Good Luck Girl" to the Winners Circle. She also made one for me at the Congress, and I wore it when "Good Luck Girl" won the Masters, and when "Charity" won third in the GMC 3 year-old Snaffle Bit Derby. There will be a wide variety of subjects covered, including starting two-year olds, calisthenics, and the finishing touches. Also, there will some two year-olds participating in the clinic. We do have a bad weather alternative, compliments of Kay Neubauer. There will more updates on prizes, and these are for spectators, as well as riders.
